At 7:43 PM CT, the #1 UFL insider, James Larsen, broke the news of UFL teams that will be relocated for the 2026 spring football season. Birmingham was one of them. This comes just a day after Coach Skip Holtz told 3 Man Front radio that the Stallions will remain in Birmingham. Unfortunately, Coach Holtz had to answer these questions after every season, as each off season led to questions of relocation. This seems to be warranted this time.

Birmingham has been the #1 college football TV market for years now and also leads the country in UFL viewership. This would be a shocking move given the high Birmingham TV ratings.

What fans are saying…

3-time Spring Football Champion, Stallions wide receiver voices his opinion:

Legendary linebacker and fan favorite Scooby “SharkDawg” Wright III, retired as a spring football champion and a Birmingham hero.

If the reports are true, it’ll be a sad day to see the end of the Birmingham Stallions. 3 spring football championships in 4 seasons.

Storylines of J’Mar Smith and Alex McGough leading teams to championships, Scooby “SharkDawg” Wright, Brandon Aubrey to the NFL + countless other moments. High quality football in the Football Capital of the South. It will be missed.
